No one has had a better pass rush than the Ravens in 2023. This has also been an elite pass defense, but the Jets' many other issues have overshadowed it. They did a great job containing Tua and the Dolphins last weekend, though the run defense ultimately let them down. The Jets are allowing the second-fewest passing yards per game (170.4 YPG) and touchdowns (15). This is a great pass defense, and we expect them to finish in our top-five list to end the season. Those are impressive numbers considering that their pass rush didn’t do much. The unit was fantastic, holding Josh Allen to just 94 yards and a touchdown. The Cowboys took a brutal loss to the Bills on Sunday, but that was not due to their pass defense. While they lack a true playmaker, there is no denying just how good the Carolina pass defense has been. They are allowing the third-fewest yards through the air (173.7 YPG), despite failing to generate sacks or turnovers.
